For me it has to be the bordom It is really important to replace the drugs with a hobbies, a courses getting stuck in and doing something wit the kids, family or a friend. Try making it something you like, just keep bizzy xx
i think the hardest part getting clean is sticking away from negative people,i hav been clean a couple of times and i went to america a cuople of times and to turkey a couple times and it was the best times of my life,i did relapse and i fully intend to get clean again and you can take that to the bank oh and i forgot to say i went to south africa, and all this happened wen i got clean.
I think the hardest part of recovery is leaving your past behind.. Its easy enough once you've given up the drugs until negative people start bringing it up again. It's hard to stay positive but once you stay around positive people you'll be ok. Recovery is hard once you do'nt feel like your life is progressing and moving forward. Trying to educate yourself or upgrading your workskills will help you to move forward and stay positive.
