well there is the whole look good feel mentality which i suppose must have something to it.
I'm curently very unfit, i use to train 4 times a week and lost interest and became lazy and preocupied with other things.
since then i had a serious injury and got really heavy, this has certainly had an impact on my mental health like my confidence and willingness to partake in things i use to.
So yeah i totally agree with you in my opinion physical fitness goes hand in hand with metal "fitness"

I think keeping fit is good for your mental health, so long as you stay of those steroids and mad muscle building foods, that turn people into rambo's over night! Exercise is great for the mind, look at me, I cycle to work every day and I no longer feel the cars are trying to knock me down!!!

thanks for the replys on the question is keeping fit good for your mental health
i find myself even going for a walk is good for clearing the head .You dont have
to be in the gym everyday even a small walk or a swim can do wounders to
destress you and you allways feel better after it.
