    The best nutritional tip you can give anyone is to drink at least one litre of water every day.

    i try to drink alot of water over soft drinks like coke or fanta, water also kicks starts your matabolism so its a great idea to drink a glass of water in the nmorning to start you day.

    id say eat a breakfast would be my tip,
    i skipped breakfast for years and have made an effort recently to eat something in the mornings and i feel alot better than i did previosuly,

    there might be nothing to it, buit its still good practice to eat breakfast either way

    Lynnes tips xx
    1. Drink as much water as u can.
    2. Get a proper nights sleep.
    3. Cut down on sugar and smokes.
    4. Get active swim, walk ect.
    5. Always eat a breakfast.
    6. Eat plenty of fruit and veg.
